JD Generator is an AI-powered job description generation platform that allows users to create, customize, and export professional job descriptions. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

• Access requires a paid subscription.
• Plans: Starter $19/month, Pro $39/month, Team $99/month. See pricing page for current rates.
• All payments are processed by Creem.io as our Merchant of Record.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to your registered email.

• ALL SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
• We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods.
• We do not provide refunds for unused features or services.
• Exception: If you have not used the service and request a refund within 7 days of your FIRST payment only, we will review on a case-by-case basis.
• To request a refund consideration, email support@jobdescriptiongenerator.site within 7 days of your first charge.
• Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first will result in immediate account termination.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• You retain access until the end of your paid period.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Generate content that is discriminatory, defamatory, or violates any laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to scrape our generated content at scale
• Resell or redistribute our service without written permission
• Use the service to create content for competing job description platforms

• The JD Generator platform, including its design, code, and features, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
• Job descriptions generated using our service are owned by you, the user.
• We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our service.
• You grant us a license to process your inputs to provide the service.

• Our service uses artificial intelligence to generate job descriptions.
• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs.
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before use.
• We do not guarantee that generated content will be free from bias, errors, or legal compliance issues.
• You assume full responsibility for content you publish or use from our platform.

• THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
• We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate or legally compliant.
• We are not responsible for employment decisions made based on our generated content.

• TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• We are not liable for losses arising from your use of AI-generated content.

Your use of the service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
• Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

• These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate.
• Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
